My EG4 6500EX-48 came with a CD and a RS-232 cable to connect it to a Windows PC and/or use the built-in Wi-Fi with an app on the cellphone. The app & Windows software aren't really bad & free, regardless of the fact that people recommend getting a Raspberry Pi and purchasing the solar assistant software to run on it for monitoring.

Quick update, I checked the #26 and #27 settings on the 2P1 inverter that was set to EG4, both values were set at 56V. I changed that inverter to USE, to match the other inverter, and both are now set to 56.4V Bulk and 54.0V float. I then cycled the inverters and the BMS on each battery again.Do not use the following RS485 USB-to-RJ45 cable which you may also got from Signature Solar to flash the firmware for batteries!
