I finally filed a missing package search and insurance claim on Dec. 11th. Got a call from USPS in TX on Dec 11th stating that the package was most likely at the Missouri hub. It finally reached the TX hub on Dec15th and is out for delivery today. This package took 21 days as opposed to the 2-5 days promised. Unacceptable.
