This explains why maps like Shoreline seem to have a hardcoded 15 minute scav spawn delay but Streets and Lighthouse allow scavs to spawn immediately. Lighthouse especially since PMC's never run it due to the Rogues being so OP.

I've only found L1, MULEs, and Meldonins. The broken crates can also spawn stims. I have one in particular that seems to spawn stims 50/50 of my scav runs. I’d say lighthouse is definitely the best map outside of labs for stims. Yea, you're 100% incorrect on that broski.

So at 42:59. then you get a survive status. 7 minutes needs to have gone off the original raid timer for you not to get a run through as a scav.
