But when I got outside my home and use my cellular data to access the TV Go (Out Of Home) channels. Every channel works but ABC. It was fine few months ago but as of this past month or so it’s been giving me the TVAPP-00243 code. Type the error code exactly as you see it into the Ask Xfinity search bar above (e.g., "XRE-00018", "Unable to Play Video," etc.). You can select to Ask the Xfinity Assistant or Search for the error code in support articles. If you select Ask the Xfinity Assistant, follow the prompts within Xfinity Assistant to troubleshoot and resolve your issue.

Is there a service issue in the Greeneville, TN area. Xfinity starts but then I get a message that this video cannot be played. Error: TVAPP-00148. It will not let me change to any other channel. I have rebooted the router (unplugged it for a minute) and it still gives the same message.

Use the back to to exit. WAIT for the menu to apppear. Goto the Settings and Sign out of Xfinity. A new menu will appear allowing you to ReAuthorize with your account. One you reauthorize, the problem should be resolved. (At least it worked for me) Received a notification from Xfinity of speed increase from 300Mbps to 400Mbps. Actual speed tests using OOKLA and Xfinity speed tests range from 81 to 91 Mbps after modem restart. I guess you can pay for more, but getting what you pay for is is a bigger challenge.
